Returns

1. You can return any product within 14 days after the delivery date.
2. Custom products which are made to order cannot be returned.
3. To claim your right of withdrawal it is sufficient to return the product (s) within the withdrawal period of 14 days after the delivery date.
4. Make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with the identification tag and seal still attached.
5. Remove label (s) carefully if this is necessary to review the product.
6. We cannot accept items that have been worn beyond being tried on.
7. Trying on is not considered wearing.

1. For a simple return, please read the return instructions on the invoice included in your package.
2. Prepare the package (or any other solid, rigid carton box) and stick a label over the prior delivery information.
3. Return the package to our warehouse. Enter the following address:

4. House of Nature will not compensate for items that have been lost in transportation. When returning or exchanging items you will have to pay for all shipping costs.
5. Please contact our Customer Service if you do not have the invoice with return instructions or if have any other questions. They are happy to help.

1. House of Nature stands for high quality and service. However, if one of our products is faulty or you received the wrong product, you do have statutory liabilities and rights.
2. Please return the faulty goods to us. We will exchange the faulty item if still available, or alternatively refund the purchase price and delivery costs.
3. Follow the same procedure as explained in the returns section above.

At present, we do not offer an exchange service. Please return the items back to us and place a new order for the correct item online.

1. Once your return has been checked and processed by our warehouse you will be notified by e-mail.
2. The total order amount including delivery shipping costs will be refunded to the credit card or account originally used for payment.
3. Refunds will be processed as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 days. This period starts as soon as you send the items back or have given notice to send them back.
4. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank.
5. In the unlikely event that you do not receive the confirmation e-mail within 14 days of posting your return shipment to us, please contact our Customer Service, your reference number ready to hand.
