Bracelet Size
Measure the circumference of your wrist for your bracelet size. You can do this with a tape measure, or for example with a string and place it along a ruler. You measure the circumference of your wrist just below the nodule on the pinky side of your hand. Then add up 1 centimeter for your standard bracelet size. Is your wrist circumference 16 centimeters, then your bracelet size is 17 centimeters. The size of a bracelet is displayed in centimeters or category (S, M , L).

Ring Size
For ring sizes two different size types are used: the internal diameter in millimeters and the circumference in millimeters. It varies by brand which size type is used. There are three convenient ways to quickly determine your ring size based on the inside diameter:

Grab a well-fitting ring and place it along a ruler. The visible part on the inner side in the center of the ring is your size.

Grab a well-fitting ring and measure the inside diameter with a calliper.

Print this size guide. Grab a well-fitting ring and place this on the ring size of the size guide which is exactly the same size.
